We work with all types of organizations and budgets. When it comes to finding the perfect location to host your event, Classic Meetings works on a no fee model to our clients. Your organization does not pay us for the research, contract negotiations or booking of your program as our services are paid by the host property. You receive the value of our site selection services and years of experience without any cost.  If you have never contracted with a hotel, it can be overwhelming.  We will walk you through every step of the process.

We find companies have fewer resources and more responsibilities. Employees have more demands on their time than ever before. Our meeting planning services allow us to partner with organizations to become an extension of their meeting planning department to save both time and money.
