We can manage portions of your program on-site such as transportation, meeting room set-up or evening functions for a daily fee.

From the beginning of the planning process, CMI will determine the exact services needed from each vendor, develop the request for proposal (RFP), review proposals, negotiate optimal pricing, and review and approve their contracts. We will act as the on-site contact for these vendors and integrate them into the complete event team.
