Every detail you need to make an informed decision is included, resulting in the selection of a meeting site that perfectly suits your meeting and your budget.
Site Visit Arrangements
Once you have decided which properties suit you needs, we can assist in arranging a site visit for you. All of the details will be arranged, we will coordinate your transportation, make your site inspection appointments and provide each hotel with an accurate and detailed outline of your program to ensure all concerns are addressed during your visit.
Contract Negotiation
CMI will negotiate the best possible prices, terms and conditions for hotel and vendor contracts on your behalf to maximize your meeting dollars.
